Our billing cycle runs every month for our warehouse related charges. For outbound shipment you are charged right away when your order is shipped to your customer.
How to resolve billing issues?
You can contact our customer service with in 30 days from receipt of Invoice for any issues. Our Invoice system is fully automated to so there are very less chance of any errors but we do understand when things go sideways.
What payment methods are accepted?
Currently we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. There is a 3% Credit Card Processing fees. We are rolling out Escrow account very soon, where you will be able to send money via Check or Wire to save 3% on processing fees.
What are outbound charges?
Outbound charges are mailing charges associated with shipping of your order to your customer.
