Yes, we can accept returns from your customers. We track incoming returns by packing slip that we send with each outbound orders.
What happens after customer send their return to your warehouse?
We can restock items that are undamaged and discard damaged items. If you like a different approach you can discuss that with us.
How to submit a return?
Email us at email@example.com with Snapstics Order No and Name of Item that will be returned. Also let us know if you would like us to send the Return Shipping Label. After submitting the return, we will send you RMA, which must be included in the return.
